2) No Refunds (Digital Delivery)
All purchases are final once a license key is issued/activated. Access to the software and any downloadable components is considered delivered at that time.
3) Limited Exceptions
We may consider a refund or credit only in the following cases:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with relevant proof (order ID, email used, screenshots). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Duplicate purchase of the same license on the same account.
- Confirmed fraud/unauthorized charge (after investigation).
- Payment processing error resulting in failure to deliver a license.
4) EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK: by choosing immediate access to the software during checkout, you will be asked to confirm delivery will start right away and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. If you do not consent to immediate delivery, please use the free version and postpone purchase.
5) Beta Licenses
Beta builds are pre-release and may contain bugs or incomplete features. Beta purchases are non-refundable. If stability is critical, please wait for a stable release.
6) Chargebacks & Abuse
If a chargeback is filed after a valid license is delivered, we may disable the license and suspend associated accounts pending resolution. We share necessary records with the payment processor to investigate fraud.
7) Need Help?
Most issues can be fixed without a refund. Please contact us with your order ID and details; we’ll help troubleshoot activation, crashes, or billing errors.
8) Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where required, we will provide remedies consistent with those laws.
